By accessing or using our Website, purchasing our printing products, or subscribing to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use this Website or our services.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the +1 201-479-9468. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

2. Printing Services & Custom Orders

Because printing involves custom manufacturing, the following rules apply strictly to print orders:

Artwork and Submissions: You are entirely responsible for the content, accuracy, and quality of the artwork, images, or text you submit for printing. You guarantee that you own the rights to or have permission to use any intellectual property submitted. We reserve the right to reject orders containing material we deem unlawful or inappropriate.

Proofing and Approval: If a digital or physical proof is provided, your approval constitutes authorization to print. We are not liable for spelling errors, layout mistakes, or low-resolution imagery that were present in your approved or submitted files.

Color Variations: You acknowledge that screen displays (RGB) differ from physical print processes (CMYK). Minor color variations between your screen and the final printed product are normal and do not constitute a defect.

Refunds and Cancellations: Because printed items are entirely customized, orders cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. If a product arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

3. SaaS & Website Services

For our digital products and website subscription services, the following rules apply:

License Grant: Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of all applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the SaaS platform and websites hosted by us.

Subscription Billing: SaaS services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). Payments are billed in advance on a recurring cycle.

Cancellation and Termination: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial subscription periods.

Uptime and Maintenance: While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee that our SaaS products or hosted websites will be uninterrupted or error-free. We reserve the right to perform scheduled or emergency maintenance that may temporarily disrupt service.

4. Fees and Payment

All prices are displayed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions.

In the event of a payment failure (e.g., expired credit card), we reserve the right to suspend your access to SaaS websites or pause production on printing orders until payment is resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

Our Property: All text, graphics, logos, code, software, and layouts on mixedi.com are the intellectual property of us or our licensors and are protected by copyright laws.

Your Website Content: For SaaS websites built or hosted through us, you retain ownership of the specific content, text, and images you upload. You grant us a limited license to host, display, and distribute this content solely to provide the services to you.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall mixed interactive llc, its directors, or its employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or connected with your use of our printing products, SaaS websites, or this Website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months prior to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Passaic, NJ USA.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
